Labour Mobility Application Portal

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Labour Mobility Application Portal ("Portal") operated by Skills and Labour Services Ltd, a company duly registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its principal office in Abuja[cite: 3, 4].

The Portal facilitates the submission, review, assessment, and management of applications from Nigerian jobseekers seeking employment opportunities in Germany, Ireland, and other destination countries, including visa support and onboarding assistance where applicable[cite: 5].

2. Scope of Services

  • Review and assessment of qualifications, skills, and experience[cite: 10].
  • Matching of qualified applicants with potential foreign employers[cite: 11].

  • Pre-departure orientation and onboarding support upon successful placement[cite: 14].

3. Compliance with ILO Fair Recruitment Principles

4. Eligibility

8. Fees and Costs
